Driving Directions:

From the Maine Turnpike/Interstate 95:

Take Exit 36 (Saco & Old Orchard Beach-Interstate 195), then immediately take Exit 1 (Saco Industrial Park Road). At the end of the exit ramp, at the traffic lights turn left onto Industrial Park Road. Go about 1 mile until the road comes to a T-intersection and turn left onto North Street/Route 112. Go 1.1 miles on North Street, until you come to an intersection with two successive lights. Go straight through the first light (Elm Street/Route 1) and turn right at the next light onto Main Street/Route 9. Go 3/10ths of a mile and park either on Main Street or turn left onto Free Street just before the Post Office and park in the municipal lot on the right just after the PO parking lot.

From the north via Route 1:

Head south on Route 1. Once past the Saco Hannaford (just past of the Interstate 195 overpass) and all the fast food restaurants, Route 1 will veer to the right. Stay in the left lane and continue onto Main St./Route 9. Go 3/10ths of a mile and park either on Main Street or turn left onto Free Street just before the Post Office and park in the municipal lot on the right just after the PO parking lot.

From the south on Route 1:

Head north on Route 1. At Five Points in Biddeford, just past the Burger King and Rite-Aid turn right onto Alfred Street. Go 1.1 miles into downtown Biddeford until the T intersection and turn right onto Main Street. Follow Main Street for approximately 1/2 a mile, crossing the bridge and railroad tracks into Saco. After the first traffic light in Saco, the Atkinson Building (209 Main Street) will soon be on your right. Park on Main Street if possible or, turn right onto Free Street immediately after passing Post Office and park in the municipal lot on the right just after the PO parking lot.

The Atkinson Building (209 Main Street) is the three-story brick building with white columns in front next to the PO. To get there from the municipal parking lot, use the walk-way located between the Post Office on your right and the Atkinson Building located on your left. Use the front entrance on Main Street and follow the hallway to the stairs and elevator on the right.  Proceed to the third floor and exit the stairs or elevator to the left.  The Saco Healing Arts Center is located in Suite 301, the first door on your right.
